By booking a service with The Cleaning Bureau, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and a high-quality experience for both our clients and our team.

1. Services Provided

The Cleaning Bureau offers residential, commercial, and specialised cleaning services. All services are outlined at the time of quote or booking and are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Quotes & Bookings
    •    All quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue.
    •    Quotes provided via phone or online are subject to change upon a site visit or further clarification.
    •    Bookings are confirmed once you receive written or email confirmation.
    •    Prices are based on the information provided by the client. Any changes to the scope of work may result in additional charges.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
    •    We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
    •    Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
    •    Missed appointments (no-shows) may be charged in full.

4. Access to Property
    •    Clients must ensure access to the property at the agreed time.
    •    If entry is not possible due to keys, locks, or access restrictions, the full service fee may be charged.

5. Payments
    •    Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
    •    We accept card, bank transfer, and other approved payment methods.
    •    Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless part of a subscription or prepaid plan.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
    •    If you are not satisfied with the quality of the clean, please notify us within 24 hours of service.
    •    We will make reasonable efforts to address the issue or return for a re-clean (where appropriate).
    •    Refunds are issued at our discretion and based on the nature of the concern.

7. Health & Safety
    •    We reserve the right to refuse service if the working environment is unsafe or poses a health risk to our team.
    •    We do not handle hazardous materials or deep biohazard cleaning unless explicitly agreed in writing.

8. Damage & Liability
    •    We are fully insured and take care in every clean.
    •    Any accidental damage caused by our team must be reported within 24 hours.
    •    The Cleaning Bureau is not liable for pre-existing damage or fragile items not disclosed during booking.

9. Privacy Policy
    •    Any personal information shared with The Cleaning Bureau will be treated confidentially and used solely to deliver our services.
    •    We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your consent.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Cleaning Bureau reserves the right to decline or discontinue service at any time if:
    •    The client is abusive or disrespectful
    •    The working conditions are unsafe
    •    The terms of service are breached
